Welcome to RadioWear. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
RadioWear is an online apparel brand celebrating radio, music, and community. All products are made to order through print-on-demand (POD) production partners. By using our site, you acknowledge that product images, descriptions, and availability may vary slightly due to the nature of POD manufacturing.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed through https://www.RadioWear.ca/
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processor, Stripe Inc.
Once an order is submitted, it begins production and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or changes.
Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
All prices shown on this website is in Canadian funds (CAD)
3. Product Production & Variations
As all items are made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur.
Print placement for DTG products may vary by up to 0.5 inches and is not considered a defect.
Actual colors may vary due to screen display differences.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
Delivery times vary by region and shipping method.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
RadioWear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processes.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
As our products are custom-made and printed only when ordered:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect product, size, or colour selected by the buyer.
If you receive a damaged item or notice a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
Approved cases will receive a free reprint or refund.
No item needs to be physically returned.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers may request a paid reprint or partial refund.
6. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen digital codes cannot be replaced.
Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the RadioWear website—including logos, images, designs, and text—is the property of RadioWear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
RadioWear may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
RadioWear is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Delays or issues caused by third-party printing partners or shipping carriers;
Losses due to misuse, incorrect sizing, or unauthorized account access.
Your use of this site is at your own risk.
10. Termination
RadioWear may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Without limiting the foregoing, RadioWear reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account or access credentials if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the user’s conduct is unacceptable or if the user breaches any terms of this Agreement.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms
RadioWear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
